Saturday Stirrings

In honor of my brother’s wedding -

Strawberry Wedding Punch

3 oz strawberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 package strawberry koolaid
2 quarts cool water
2 1/2 cups sugar
40 oz pineapple juice
2 liters sprite or 7up
2 pints sherbet, optional

  1. Mix together jello and boiling water.
  2. Mix together koolaid, cool water and sugar.
  3. Mix jello and koolaid together.
  4. Add pineapple juice and sprite.
  5. Serve with sherbert.
