		<description>Exercise is hard for me somedays too.  You just gotta do it.  I find once I start it is easy to continue...its just getting off the couch and from behind my laptop that is the hardest.  BTW 4 lb lost is something!!  Have a great week!

		<description>So.......are you going to exercise???  ;-)  Go, now, get off the computer and do a few stretches, then a few jumping jacks.  Take a walk.  Get moving!  Go up and down the stairs a few times.  (So am I hired as your personal trainer?)  ;-)</description>
