132.6 today. Last week I was 131 but I forgot to post.

Over 14 weeks, I’m pretty much just holding steady.

I need to exercise.

My Progress:
Total – Lost 4.9 lbs
May Day Challenge – None

    Holding steady is so not fun, is it? I’m with you…up, down, up, down. But I haven’t done it the full 14 weeks, but still. Have a good week!

    So…….are you going to exercise??? ;-) Go, now, get off the computer and do a few stretches, then a few jumping jacks. Take a walk. Get moving! Go up and down the stairs a few times. (So am I hired as your personal trainer?) ;-)

    Holding steady is good but the excercise will move things right along!

    Exercise is hard for me somedays too. You just gotta do it. I find once I start it is easy to continue…its just getting off the couch and from behind my laptop that is the hardest. BTW 4 lb lost is something!! Have a great week!
