We’ve been back to school now for almost a month. Yes, we have year round school here. And I HATE it. Kids should not be in school in July. It is a crime against childhood.
It is so hot here they don’t have recess at school. Little Man spends all day in the same building because they even eat lunch in their classroom.
We have house plans and I think our lot actually belongs to us now. You would think that owning a significant portion of farmland, my father could give his kids a piece of property to build their homes without a great deal of trouble but that whole saga is a whole week’s worth of blog posts.
My cousin got married today and that means family pictures. I’ve really fallen off the dieting wagon lately but I think the instant replay of digital photos may have re-convicted me.
Did I mention that its really hot here? I can’t believe I grew up here without air conditioning!
