It’s Weigh Day. No change. Probably because I didn’t exercise all last week. I stuck to my points after I recovered from my Mother’s Day weekend eating disaster but my workout did not recover from my bad eating blues.

Yeah, hang in there. I maintained as well. I struggle with the excercise part so let’s both try to get that in this next week!
